My name is Archie and I recently sat my A levels, so I have crucial first hand experience from the first set of exams sat after covid restrictions eased. I was Head Boy of my school, Dulwich College, so was constantly working with younger students, sometimes tutoring them. I have also been on online tutoring websites in London for a couple years now, so I'm very experienced with websites like this one. I graduated with A*s in Maths, Further Maths and Physics A level, with an A in Chemistry. I am going to Durham University in 2023 to study Engineering. I always participated in extra Maths and Physics competetions like the PYMT and the UKMT, which proves my passion for these subjects. I've always been on top of my studies with all extra corricular activites going on, as I feel I'm punctual and hard-working and can balance all parts in my life well. My priority is exam-style questions. So with a new topic, say algebra, the student would explain what they don't understand first. I'd then explain it and do an example answer to a question myself. Then I'd ask the student to take the lead to answer the question, with my help when needed. Then hopefully as we do more and more practice together, the student would do more and more of the question themselves. Read less
